What we do
AI at the heart of the business
This is not AI added around the edges. We take the operating core of your business, the way it wins work, delivers it and gets paid, and rebuild it with AI at the centre. Andrew's commercial lens decides where the core value is. Adrian's AI craft rebuilds it.
What changes at the core
- Winning work: AI runs the engine that finds demand, qualifies it and shapes every proposal, with people making the calls.
- Delivering: core workflows redesigned so AI does the first pass on every job, and people spend their time on judgement and relationships.
- Getting paid and running the numbers: quoting, billing, chasing and reporting run through AI, reviewed by people.
What it means for the business
The same business, serving the same clients, running on a new core: faster, more consistent, and able to take on more work without growing every cost alongside it.
Why a program
AI tools change every few months, so the core keeps improving as an ongoing program, not a one-off project. People decide. AI prepares.
What we do
An environmental scan and first audit
We start from the business as it is, not from the technology. Understand customers, technology and market drivers to inform an operational plan that underpins growth.
Five lenses
Industry dynamicsTechnology shiftsCustomer needsMarket and rivalsGovernment and policy
AI-driven market intelligence
Leverage AI research agents that go beyond a research report: where demand is growing, which customers to target, and the specific tenders worth pursuing.
The scan delivers
- A clear view of the market and where the growth is.
- An AI audit of how the business works today.
- A prioritised execution plan, with the specific areas to audit first.
What we do
A 90-day plan
- Month 1, listen and scan: the environmental scan begins, an AI audit of one core workflow, and agreement on what success looks like.
- Month 2, prove and frame: one AI pilot on live work, and the growth framework drafted.
- Month 3, plan and decide: a strategic plan and operating plan, pilot results on your real numbers, and a day 90 review together.
Then your decision
Continue, reshape or stop. Whichever you choose, you keep the scan, the audit and the plan.
What we do
A growth plan
Start from the goal, then work back to identify the key drivers of growth.
Three growth lanes
- Organic: drive the core business better, faster and bigger, fuelled by AI. First.
- Adjacent: new areas adjacent to the core. Second.
- Acquisitions: later, once the strategic plan and the engine are in place.
How it runs
Scan, then framework, then operating plan, with a check-in every quarter so the plan moves as the market moves.
Max assistants
Interview Max
Interview Max calls candidates at any hour, asks permission first, and runs the same structured first-round interview every time. When a candidate wants a person, it briefs a recruiter and hands over warmly, so nobody repeats themselves.
What you get
- Faster first rounds, with no candidate waiting days for a call back.
- Consistent questions and a clear written summary for every call.
- Your recruiters spend their time on the strongest candidates.

Integrity Check
Built-in checks on identity and on the depth of each answer, so the person you interview is the person you hire. Flags go to a person to review; Max never makes the decision.
Max assistants
Intake Max
When a client calls with a new requirement, Intake Max takes the details: role, must-haves, nice-to-haves, location, start date and the interview process. It reads back a summary and books the account manager. It never quotes rates.
Max assistants
Candidate Concierge
Keeps candidates in the loop between stages: answers common questions, confirms interview times and reminds them of next steps, at any hour. Anything sensitive goes to a recruiter.
Max assistants
Submittal Writer
Turns interview notes into a clear, consistent candidate summary for the hiring manager. A recruiter reviews and sends; nothing leaves without a person's approval.
Max assistants
Kiosk Max
An on-screen assistant for small retail spaces. It greets shoppers, helps them compare options in a minute, and hands to the staff on hand. It never quotes live offers or prices on its own.
The people behind Wolfe

Across that career he held Vice-President level responsibility across almost every area of the business except finance, including human resources, the Premiere Sales Organisation, Customer First, consumer, mergers and acquisitions, and TELUS Agriculture.

The people behind Wolfe
Adrian Heywood
Adrian is an artificial intelligence specialist based in Greenville, South Carolina, where he leads his advisory practice, Heywood & Co. His work helps senior leaders turn voice and artificial intelligence from slideware into operating reality: clear scope, measurable pilots, and language people will actually use.
At TELUS, Adrian was AI Specialist in Strategic Operations, and took a dealer voice artificial intelligence programme from concept to live deployment across the channel, alongside enablement and coaching.
Before the AI work came years of building and leading channels, coaching senior teams and designing high-stakes delivery. That includes standing up WorldCom's indirect dealer channel in the United Kingdom from zero, coaching leadership teams in life sciences and banking, and carrying flagship programmes for clients including AstraZeneca and Tetra Pak.
The through-line is the same: make the technology serve the work, and leave something the organisation can run.
